• Padding is not available on these oversized boards.

• Boards are only available in our FOREVER Bunk Carpet as it's stronger for use with larger boards and because it offers the most colors

• Please allow a Lead time of 4-6 business days for production as these are MADE TO ORDER.

  • Expediting Production to only 1-2 business days is available at times for $50.00 - call/email to inquire.

• You have 24 hours to cancel this order if you find it was incorrectly placed, no exceptions.

• These are Special Made to Order Bunk Boards and all sales are final, no exceptions. You willfully acknowledge this and by purchasing you knowingly waive any refunds (post the 24hr cancellation window), waive rights to credit card disputes or chargeback disputes of any kind and for any such reasons.  All sales are final after 24hrs.

• Can we make you completely custom boards or offer other sizes than the ones shown? No unfortunately we cannot.

• Colors Purple, Tan/Taupe are only available in 2x4 and 2x6 Board sizes

How Do I Order?

• Measure Current Trailer Bunk Boards
• Select the Needed  Size (Width)
  • 2"x4", 2"x6", Etc.
• Select the Needed Length
  • Measure Length of Current Bunk Boards to Determine Lengths
    
• Select Desired Carpet Color
• Select Pickup Location
• After 24hrs we will email you to confirm the boards are going into production and discuss an ideal pick-up date/time.

Local Pick-up Instructions

We will contact you after 24 hours to confirm your purchase and pick-up location.  If for whatever reason you have not heard from us within 48 hours please reach back out to us to confirm your order was properly received. We'll work with you to determine the best pick-up date/time for all parties.  Again please allow 4-6 Business Days to order material and build your boards.

Generally Pick-ups are Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 3:30PM

Weekend pick-ups available in SOME cases for a $50.00 fee and must be arranged prior to purchase.

ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS MEASURE YOUR BUNK BOARD BEFORE ORDERING - DO NOT GUESS, as these boards are cut to order and cannot be returned due to failure to accurately measure your boards. Computer Monitors/Phones display colors differently so please do not try to compare carpet color shades using the image displayed. Boards sizes are listed as NOMINAL size but boards received will be ACTUAL size.  For example: a (2x4) has an ACTUAL size of (1.5"x3.5") due to shrinkage and planing.  A (2x6) is actually (1.5"x5.5") and so on for every board.
