Shipping, Returns, & Warranties

Shipping Rates and Times:

‘Cuda Powersports is happy to provide FREE Shipping on orders, no matter the size, weight, or dimensions, unless otherwise stated on the specific product listing page!  There is no minimum purchase price required to receive free shipping.  Please know that 'Cuda requires up to 3 business days to process and fulfill orders; many of our products are not on the shelf and require they be made to order.  A shipping notification will most likely be sent on the 2nd or 3rd business day, containing your order tracking number.  

Processing/Handling - Please allow handling time of 1-3 business days for the product to be manufactured or pulled from inventory, cut to your specified length, wrapped, rolled, and packaged and freight provider to be notified of pick-up.  Closed Saturdays/Sundays.  Orders placed after noon (east coast time) will not be considered a business day.

Shipping will typically be sent Standard using FedEx, UPS, or USPS if possible. You may upgrade to Priority in certain cases for specific items, but we encourage you to notify us prior to placing your order, some exceptions apply. Contact us directly to request expedited shipping – additional costs will apply.  Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, or other outlying US properties may incur additional shipping charges.  International orders will require additional shipping and the buyer is liable for any additional fees, taxes, GST, etc. charged by the carrier, as you are the importer of those items. All International sales are final without exception. All international buyer agree not to file Chargeback claims for any international shipments due to our no return policy on international orders.  International shipments will be insured up to $200USD; any lost international shipments are the responsibility of the importer and the importer will be required to file any shipping claims in order to recoup their funds.

Fulfillment/Substitutions - It is understood that 'Cuda Powersports is family run small business. During times of high order demand, particularly around the peak summer boating season, 'Cuda reserves the right to substitute longer or larger rolls if time or efficiencies can be gained.  For example, a customer orders a 30Ft roll but a 35Ft roll is already processed and ready for shipping the customer may receive a 35Ft roll instead. Another example could be a customer orders (3) 25Ft long rolls, but a longer roll is already processed and ready for shipping the customer may receive a 75Ft or 100Ft roll instead as it allows us to process customer orders more quickly.  In no circumstances will a customer be shorted carpet.  Any difference in price will be used to pay for the additional shipping costs, or cost of material and will no be credited back. 'Cuda Powersports appreciates your understanding as again we are a small family business try to fulfill every order as quickly and timely as possible. 

What is your Return Policy? (NEWLY UPDATED)

‘Cuda Powersports believes you’ll be extremely happy in the quality of products purchased from our store.  To date, our customer return rate has remained below 1%. However, in the rare case you need to return your item ‘Cuda Powersports is happy to offer returns on all unused, unopened, resalable items within a period of 30 Days from date of order. Our NEWLY UPDATED Returns policy is super straightforward and intended to be more convenient for you, the customer.

So what has changed?:

1. NO MORE RESTOCKING FEES!  FREE RETURNS!!
2. Bunk Boards and Replacement Boat Carpet Rolls are now ELIGIBLE to be returned!!
3. Return window has now been increased from 21 days to a full 30 days.

Our New Return Policy:

1. Buyer is responsible for return postage
2. There is NO RESTOCKING FEE anymore!!
3. Original Shipping Cost (the cost we paid to ship the item to you) will be deducted from your refund post inspection of the product.
4. Refunds are typically issued post inspection of goods (roughly 5-7 days)
5. Thats it!!

To return your items please complete the following within the 30 day return window:

1.) First email us at Returns@CudaPowersports.com within 30 days of placing your order to notify us of your return. 

2.) Your RMA# will be "CPS" and then your Order Number.  For example, if your original order number was "8675309", then your RMA# will be "CPS8675309".  This must be clearly marked on the package.

3.) Mail your package back to 'Cuda Powersports to the following address within 30 days of it being ordered:

4.) Returned products must be complete, in the original packaging, and resalable.  All items will be inspected upon receipt.

5.) Returns are not accepted if mailed post 30 days from your order date.

NOTE: All International Orders, Hawaii, Alaska, or other locations outside the continental 48 states are Final Sale. Returns for Color Discrepancies of our boat carpeting will ONLY be allowed as an exchange - not a refund - as we highly encourage and offer color samples of our carpet rolls prior to making your purchase.

"Returned to Sender"- Items returned to sender will not be refunded as the original shipping address is unable to accept returns.

The email you send to us requesting your return will be archived to verify that you were made aware of our return policy and agree to it in its entirety before returning your package.

Replacement Warranty on Bunk Carpet (The ONLY in the INDUSTRY!!)

'Cuda Powersports has some of the strongest and most durable products in the industry and are proud to offer the longest and most comprehensive warranty in the industry. We are the only bunk carpet manufacturer to offer such a warranty.

Our Warranty is as Follows:

Orders on previously purchased will receive up to (2) patches free of charge PER ORDER, not per roll. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges of $7.99 without exception, but the two patches are FREE.  There is absolutely no warranty on the patch themselves. 

Here are the requirements of the warranty:

1. Bunk Carpet should be installed using Staples/Adhesive purchased through our website. If staples/adhesive is purchased elsewhere for installation that does not count as proof, as those purchases have been faked in the past.
2. Purchases of Cuda Bunk Carpet not made on our website need to be registered within 30 days or purchase.  As Amazon and other such platforms withhold customer information from us this is the ONLY way to verify your purchase.
3. Purchases of bunk carpet and installation products made on our website do not require warranty registration as we will then have proof of purchase already.
4. Thats it!

NOTE: Warranty claims for previous bunk carpet orders through Amazon, Ebay, or any other platform MUST process their warranty claims through our website www.cudapowersports.com or by notifying us through email as Amazon and other platforms DO NOT allow for warranty claims to be processed through their platform.  Warranty claims cannot be processed through Amazon, Ebay, or any other platform - no exceptions.

If your boat trailer bunk carpet fails for any such reason within its warranty period simply email us at Aspiredcompanies@gmail.com informing us of the warranty claim. We will then issue you an invoice for the shipping cost of $7.99 and once paid up to (2) patches will be sent out to you.
