Shipping, Returns, & Warranties

Shipping Rates and Times:

‘Cuda Powersports is happy to provide FREE Shipping on orders, no matter the size, weight, or dimensions, unless otherwise stated on the specific product listing page!  There is no minimum purchase price required to receive free shipping.  Please know that 'Cuda requires up to 3 business days to process and fulfill orders; many of our products are not on the shelf and require they be made to order.  A shipping notification will most likely be sent on the 2nd or 3rd business day, containing your order tracking number.  

Processing/Handling - Please allow handling time of 1-3 business days for the product to be manufactured or pulled from inventory, cut to your specified length, wrapped, rolled, and packaged and freight provider to be notified of pick-up.  Closed Saturdays/Sundays.  Orders placed after noon (east coast time) will not be considered a business day.

Shipping will typically be sent Standard using FedEx, UPS, or USPS if possible. You may upgrade to Priority in certain cases for specific items, but we encourage you to notify us prior to placing your order, some exceptions apply. Contact us directly to request expedited shipping – additional costs will apply.  Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, or other outlying US properties may incur additional shipping charges.  International orders will require additional shipping and the buyer is liable for any additional fees, taxes, GST, etc. charged by the carrier, as you are the importer of those items. All International sales are final without exception. All international buyer agree not to file Chargeback claims for any international shipments due to our no return policy on international orders.  International shipments will be insured up to $200USD; any lost international shipments are the responsibility of the importer and the importer will be required to file any shipping claims in order to recoup their funds.

What is your Return Policy?

‘Cuda Powersports believes you’ll be extremely happy in the quality of products purchased from our store.  To date, our customer return rate has remained below 1%. However, in the rare case you need to return your item ‘Cuda Powersports is happy to offer Returns, Exchanges, or Store Credit on all of our products within a period of 21 Days from date of shipment. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required from customers on all returns.  Buyer is responsible for return postage. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of returned products being received to allow for proper inspection of any damage or misuse. All International Orders, Hawaii, and Alaska are Final Sale.  We do not offer returns for any custom made or custom cut products. Bunk Boards are not eligible for returns, as these items are considered custom cut/made products. Large replacement boat carpet rolls (6Ft & 8.5Ft in width) can be returned due to manufacturer defect only, color discrepancies will not be honored as we encourage and offer color samples of our carpet rolls prior to making your purchase.

Returned products must be complete, in the original packaging, and resalable. Customers must obtain an RMA number by sending an email to Returns@CudaPowersports.com within 21 Days of the item being shipped. When contacting 'Cuda for an RMA number you will also be given the correct return address, as return addresses differ based on the product being returned.  Items that are "Returned to Sender" may not be eligible for refunds as in many cases they will not actually be returned to our Returns Department, but our fulfillment warehouse. Be sure to provide the original invoice/order number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Please be aware a 25% restocking fee will be applied to returned items. Returns for reasons of color matching or color discrepancies unfortunately cannot be honored, this is why we recommend you request a color sample. 

Replacement Warranties

'Cuda Powersports has some of the strongest and most durable products in the industry, but everyone realizes products may at times fail prematurely.  If you believe your product has failed prematurely please visit our website to understand the specific warranty offered for that product; as warranty coverage and conditions differ for specific products.  For any flooring or carpeting products our warranties cover color fade, rips and/or tears that occur when the carpet has been properly adhered and used in the matter designed. Warranties must be registered on our website within 30 days of your purchase, in order to effectively track and confirm your order.  In order to process a warranty claim 'Cuda Powersports typically requests the following process/information be completed.

- Contact 'Cuda Powersports via email to request a RMA number for replacement warranty claims

- Provide proof of original purchase complete with date and where it was purchased.

- In some cases 'Cuda Powersports will request item be returned to 'Cuda Powersports so we can verify item is authentic as past clients have attempted to submit claims on previously purchased competitors products.

- Buyer is response for shipping cost of new replacement product.
